Overview of Requests of Individuals and Legal Entities

Analysis of appeals from individuals and legal entities received by JSC "National Bank" on August 1, 2026.

As of August 1, 2026, JSC "National Bank" received 1,795 applications. Of these, 1,455 applications were received through the virtual reception of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 30 were received through the Tadbirkor Virtual Office information portal, 44 were received through the hotline of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 24 were received through the Federation of Trade Unions, 242 were received directly by JSC National Bank, as well as through ministries and departments.

• 202 written;

• 1,553 received electronically;

• 40 in oral form.

Applicants by category:

• 1,688 individuals;

• 107 legal entities.

Analysis of the results of the study of appeals:

• 700 of them are satisfied;

• 901 applicants have been provided with legal explanations;

• 88 of them are not subject to review (According to Articles 29-30, RF Law No. 445);

• 42 applications were rejected (According to Article 29, Law No. 445).

• Tashkent city – 393 applications, 21.9% of the total number of applications;

• Surkhandarya region – 183 applications, 10.2% of the total number of applications;

• Tashkent region – 180 applications, 10.0% of the total number of applications;

• Namangan region – 131 appeals, 7.3% of the total number of appeals;

• Jizzakh region – 129 requests, 7.2% of the total number of requests;

• Samarkand region – 126 requests, 7.0% of the total number of requests;

• Ferghana region – 107 requests, 6.0% of the total number of requests;

• Navoi region – 103 applications, 5.7% of the total number of applications;

• Khorezm region – 91 appeals, 5.1% of the total number of appeals;

• Andijan region – 84 applications, 4.7% of the total number of applications;

• Bukhara region – 81 appeals, 4.5% of the total number of appeals;

• Republic of Karakalpakstan – 64 applications, 3.6% of the total number of applications;

• Kashkadarya region – 62 applications, 3.5% of the total number of applications;

• Syrdarya region – 61 appeals, 3.4% of the total number of appeals.
